Sub-processors

These are the companies that process personal data for Traculo, on behalf of Traculo’s customers. They are named in Annex III of the Data Processing Agreement.

Last updated: 23 October 2026. The Traculo servers, the database and its backups are hosted in Finland, in the European Union.

Sub-processor	What it does for Traculo	Data involved
Hetzner Online GmbH	Hosting of the Traculo servers, the database and its backups. The servers are physically in Finland (EU).	All data Traculo processes for you.
Cloudflare, Inc.	Content delivery network, DNS, firewall and certificates for the app, the API and tracking addresses.	Requests in transit (for example IP address and request headers).
Stripe	Payment processing for subscriptions.	Billing details of the account holder.
Mailnaptic	Traculo’s own email platform: sign-in, security, alert and report emails.	Name and email address of the recipient and the content of the email.
DataForSEO	Keyword ranking data for the Rank Tracker.	The keywords you choose to track.
Anthropic, OpenAI and Google	AI models, only for the competitor briefing and the AI visibility features, and only when you use them.	Tracked keywords and prompts, competitor and answer text, website names. Never visitor-level event data such as IP addresses, emails or identifiers.

Not sub-processors

When you connect an integration (for example Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Plausible or Zapier), your data is sent to that platform on your instruction. The platform is then your recipient, not a Traculo sub-processor.

Changes and objections

We email customers at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor. You can object in writing within that period at privacy@traculo.com.

23 October 2026: corrected the hosting provider (Hetzner, Finland) and the email platform (Mailnaptic), and added the AI model providers.
